As a Sales Assistant, you will provide product information, answer phone calls, send emails, and enter sales orders. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, interior decorating, wholesale distribution, or related fields. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting tile for their projects
• Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Work with sales team to meet sales goals and targets
• Continuously educate yourself on product features and benefits
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, interior decorating, wholesale distribution, or related fields is an added benefit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Benefits:
    • Full time - Mon through Fri - 8am - 4:30pm
    • Hourly wage of $14.00 per hour
