ABOUT US Floor-Ready Services (FRS) is a premier third-party logistics and value-added services provider. Operating out of our 135,000 sq. ft. facility, we process over 20,000,000 units annually for the world’s largest retailers and manufacturers. Note: The term “Floor-Ready” refers to preparing consumer goods for the retail floor (packaging, displays, and assortments). We are a supply-chain solutions partner, not a flooring company. Why FRS? When you sell a solution, you can trust our team to execute it perfectly. Direct Impact: You will report directly to the President and play a pivotal role in our growth. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You have a proven track record of selling high-ticket outsourcing services to C-Suite and Senior Management within the Supply Chain and Distribution sectors. You understand that "value" beats "price" every time, and you know how to orchestrate complex, long-cycle sales involving multiple stakeholders. You are a fit if: You are a natural hunter who thrives on identifying and closing new business. You excel at displacing incumbent vendors by uncovering hidden pain points. You are a consultative partner , not a "pitchman." You have a history of annual earnings of at least $140,000 on a variable compensation plan. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Prospecting: Consistently identify and secure appointments with key decision-makers in large-scale retail and manufacturing. Consultative Discovery: Deeply understand the prospect’s "how and why" to build custom solutions for packaging, displays, and returns management. Relationship Leveraging: Build and maintain a robust pipeline, turning initial wins into long-term, high-value partnerships. Financial Stewardship: Comfortably navigate budget discussions and articulate the ROI of outsourced services. Collaboration: Work closely with the President and operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. QUALIFICATIONS Proven success in high-ticket B2B outsourcing sales. Deep knowledge of the Supply Chain/Distribution market. Exceptional closing skills and "urgency" in moving deals through the pipeline. Ability to travel occasionally to meet with key accounts. We are outsourced by both large retailers and manufacturers when: •\tProblems exist with the receipt of imported goods •\tPackaging/Re-packaging product •\tBuilding and filling Displays •\tAssorting products for large distribution centers so they can quickly ship to their stores •\tHandling returns FRS has been in business for over 20 years.
