Job Description Job Description JOB TITLE: Production Assembler, Full Time, Part Time, Day Shift EMPLOYEE STATUS: Hourly, non-exempt JOB DESCREIPTION: Perform a series of assembly tasks to manufacture assigned products. START WAGE: 1st Shift: $14.00 - $16.90 per hour TERRIFIC BENEFITS (Must work 30 hours per week): Health and Dental Insurance (company pays a portion), Paid Time Off (Less than 1 year - 10 days - accrual earned per regular paid hours), Paid Holidays, 403b Retirement Plan - (company match up to 6% after 60 days), Paid Training Paid Benefits include Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance (2 x annual salary) Colonial offers a variety of supplemental policies such as Accidental Care Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Additional Life Insurance, Vision, and Flex Spending Account WORK SCHEDULE (Flexible Hours): 1st Shift: Full Time: Mon. - Fri. 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or Mon. - Thurs. 6:00 am - 4:30 pm 1st Shift Part Time: Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 2:30 pm MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS/PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Demonstrates ability to work well in a team Demonstrates quality control by inspection work performed. Consistently meets production targets after training period. Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate with others. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 30 to 40 pounds with Good manual dexterity requiring hand-eye Upper body repetitive motion requiring standing to perform You may be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
